    This position requires a well organized and cooperative individual who learns quickly and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to work a flexible schedule to support the needs of clients, building tenants, and co-workers as well as have a proven track record of being reliable and responsible.


    • Greet employees and visitors as they enter and exit the facility
    • Demonstrate superior customer service skills by actively listening to customer messages.
    • Display a friendly and professional appearance, smiling and at ease while serving guests.
    • Interact with high profile guests.
    • Work independently, focusing on the customer at all times.
    • Notify employees of the building that guests are waiting for them.
    • Provide clear and precise directions.
    • Handle customer questions and complaints, communicates with customers, handles service problems politely and efficiently, always available for customers, follows procedure to solve customer problems, understands company products and services, maintains pleasant and professional image.
    • Provide way-finding and guest question responses during peak guest-traffic timeframes.
    • Proactively seeks opportunities to meet or exceed the expectations of the visitor.
    • Responsible for monitoring the physical appearance of the lobby and visitor areas.
    • Be aware of employee and visitor foot traffic, noticing those needing assistance and those who are out of place and possibly trespassing.
    • Possess local and regional geographical knowledge in order to assist customers.
    • Able to identify safety and security concerns and promptly report them to dispatch.


    • Must be at least 20 years of age.

    • Must be a high school graduate (GED accepted) and provide us with a copy of your diploma and/or transcripts

    • Must have or be willing to obtain a 20 hour training certificate.

    • Must pass a stringent pre-employment background investigation (including drug screen)

    • Demonstrating a stable work history and/or education.

    • Must disclose all criminal convictions and pending charges.

    • Must be a cooperative team player with good oral and written communication skills.

    • Must be capable of evaluating, investigating and reporting all types of security and law enforcement incidents.

    • Must be able to withstand extended periods of walking and standing.

    • Must maintain a working telephone number through which we can contact you.

    • Must have reliable transportation.

    • Must have a friendly and outgoing personality that is accustomed to interacting with people
    • One year customer service experience required.
    • Must have an excellent appearance and attitude (pride in your uniform and job is essential).
    • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Must have an excellent attendance and job performance record.
    • Must be a motivated, self-starter with the willingness and ability to function with limited supervision.
    • Must be able to multi-task in a service oriented environment.
    • Must be flexible with scheduling and be able to hold over to the next shift or work extra hours as needed.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Email or the ability to learn.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Word or the ability to learn.
